Hi!
Thank you for taking the time to peruse my website. My interest in massage therapy first began while working as a physical therapist assistant in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. I saw firsthand how my patients responded to manual therapy and soft tissue work. Unfortunately, insurance restrictions limited the amount of time I was allowed to provide manual therapy as a treatment protocol. I decided the best way for me to provide the healing benefits of manual therapy was to pursue my education as a massage therapist. In 2002, I graduated from The American and European Massage School in Raleigh. I have been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. I’m thankful to have my years of training and experience in both physical therapy and massage therapy to provide the best therapeutic techniques for my clients. When I’m not giving massages you will find me spending time with my husband and 4 children or outside enjoying nature. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to meet your massage therapy needs. For a complete bio including my educational background and approach to massage therapy, simply give me a call. I look forward to hearing from you.
